I removed the cap from the dome and then slid the flagpole to the top of the tower:

The flag's flexi, too. And it it's Boston Red Sox, either.

After calling in sick and hitting the snooze bar, I checked the tower and found a bunch of prims had slid out of position in the legs and struts of the tower.

So, I tore out the bad ones, rebuilt the poles I needed to remake, linked them up in sets, and locked the prims to prevent further accidents.

I need to get better about locking prims. As much as I tinker, it's so easy to grab the wrong prim and cause massive damage to a build without even knowing it.
