I want this week to be over.
Can I has weekend yet?
NOTICE: Black Tie Martini Club is working on a landmark production that should cause tsunami-level waves across the podosphere.
The Broad Cast starts off with a discussion on cats being bad and heads into... um... the buzz?
Nardo's being a loud snuggly-pest these days. I'm sure this will change to kitten-hunter when we get him a pair of fluffy fuzzy bite-sized targets to beat up.
Rik takes a break from pimping GlobalKids to get his dance on again with Yehoodi. Yiddish commercials? You like?
Sowerby and Luff engage in a little cruelty to Walruses? Oh no!
Pizzababe's having a really bad... what's bigger than a day but shorter than an eternity?
Media Driving has Jay exploring the myth of media fragmentation.
I'll try to post my thoughts on this when I listen to it again, but I think we're entering an era where The Big Three Networks are going to shatter if they don't have their fingers in the content, delivery, and community pies all at once. Consumers should do their damndest to get out the garden shears and slice off these thumbs, as the perpetuation of major media behemoth dinosaurs with free government-subsidized bandwidth only serves to crush creativity and consumer demand for relevant content. The more fragmentation, the better. Chaos allows for tagging and aggregators and agent-based filtering to reign supreme, not provider-based filtering/censorship.
Lots of daily content out there for you to enjoy... and more every day from Quiet Time Podcast, 100 Word Stories, The Latest at Second Life, The Daily PWN, M is for Myg's Music and SLCN.TV.
Don't forget about the SL Podcasting Network and my directory for all your (two-letter-abbreviation) podcasting listening needs.
Or, if you're a lazy-ass, just keep coming back here for my useless roundups. Or if you just want to chit-chat, comment on my lame summaries or non-summaries which make it obvious which shows I haven't listened to yet.
I build this entry over the course of the day, Daphne, so IM me or add a comment pointing out any that I've overlooked.
