I love Edward Gorey's work.

I've been fascinated with his stuff since I got an Edward Gorey Activity Book long, long ago. (It's pretty obvious that I resisted any attempts to be raised "normal" eh.)

The Doubtful Guest was a favorite of Piper's, and I'd read it to her as she curled up on a chair.

So when I saw an NPIRL blog post about this:
