Prim Waste

I've been running a subscribeomatic for the Tunes inSL Project for a few months.

It's very handy. Saves a group slot. And until I go over 500 subscribers, it's free.

I announce new performers and other news over it. And every so often, I hold gift certificate raffles and such.

Anyway, I went with a compromise subscriber kiosk that had a nice look and a not-so-nasty number of prims.

But the engine for handling announcements itself was tw-

11 prims?????? Wha?

I took a good look at it and found that only 2 were really necessary. The other 9 were a backing and a rounded frame.

What a freaking waste.

So, I got out my magical delinker and...

simplifying subscribeomatic

Down to 2 prims. The other 9 go back in the bank.

Don't you hate it when folks make things more complicated than they need to be?

At least they had the courtesy to make this thing Mod.

The Law Of Building: Each prim has to carry its own weight or it's GONE.
