After large groups visiting The OmniPrim in the past few evenings, I wanted to fix things up and give the Europeans a shot at enjoying the show with a 7AM window opening...
Wow.
Two early visitors turned out to be a mentor and a n00b getting a makeover:
Some folks showed up later for a chat, but all in all, a quiet hour.
I wonder what this means...
- Overexposure means smaller crowds.
- Folks get the joke fast and move on.
- You shouldn't expect the same people to keep coming. They have other things to do.
- To get the word out, you need some marketing savvy and oompf.
Me, I'm cool with it. I got the podcast done early, even finished up some quick edits on the desktop as I watched a mentor help a new customer de-n00b themselves.
I've got the 7AM tomorrow, then a 4PM Monday before we can call this a wrap.
So, for Burning Man, a maze? SecondLie's Brownbag Lunches?
