SecondLie dropped by and asked me if I had any ideas for Relay For Life.

"I wish it was over already," I said.

He then asked me how much cash I had in the cookie jar after I'd taken out a buck every time I got Spammed by RFL announcements or asked to go to some lame event for RFL.

"About a hundred bucks," I said.

"So, let's make them earn it," he said.

At first, the thought it would be fun to try to get 100 Lindens to friend his avatar, SecondLie Scribe.

No takers.

Then he came up with something simpler and cuter:

Let's try something different: $1US for every unique bear given to SecondLie Scribe by a Linden, up to $100US total. Or do you LIKE cancer?

"That sounds good," I said. "Although do you want it to be each bear by a Linden or each Linden who gives you a bear? Some of them have multiple bears, you know."

"Who cares?" he said. "As long as we blow through that hundred bucks for RFL."

As of right now, he's up to 76 bears. Just 24 to go for the full $100.
