Black Friday
Now that Thanksgiving is over...
Can we go back to pointing fingers and bickering again?
Ah good.
*whew*
Winter begins on Edloe, Nowhereville, and Piper Point today.
I'm at work, but I brought my laptop so I can witness the horrifying devastation.
Tonight's SL plans are to update my catalog of objects, locations, and rotations in Clocktree Park before picking up the foliage and setting down the Wintry crap.
- BAH HUMBUG in bright colors
- Hanging Santa
- Lewd snowmen
Oh, and a community tree somewhere on the island group for everyone to besmirch and desecrate.
Then, the long slow wait for Winter to be over.
(I need to work on my holiday card at some point.)
I'm glad that there wasn't anything in The Listening Room last night.
Because that meant something more important was happening elsewhere.
Good. By the good.
Not going to comment about Tenshi's piece.
I wish them well.
(Elsewhere.)
I might swing by World Market on the way home to spend this $10 coupon and get some of the half-off stuff, but for the most part I'm blowing off all the Black Friday marketing hype.
Or, if the baghead allows for it, to mock all the hype and fools who fall for it.
Tossed some treats to the skittish Tortie this morning before arriving very late to work.
Bus driver stopped for a smoke.
Lovely.
*ugh*
