Bruwyn's great. Myst is great. Nardo's old and tired, but gets around, just making sure he's comfortable and not suffering.

Running fine. We have our ups and downs, but I think things are going pretty good.
How are things going elsewhere? Not that we're really in competition or anything, but maybe there's things we do that y'all can benefit from, and vice versa, eh?
How's the diet and exercise going?
Left ankle, right heel, and both knees are acting up something fierce. I've had to ease off and adjust the diet a bit while those slowly heal.
Weather's turned cold, so I've got to shift to walking on the treadmill while online. And get the situps back in the routine.
What's really cool is all the other folks who have said "I read what you're doing, and I'm going to talk to my doctor and do it, too." Cool. Way proud of y'all. Good luck.
Plans on writing a book?
I'm doing my best to avoid it. Right now, I'm happy doing what I do with the writing. Why ruin it with some vainglorious pursuit of a contract with a dying publishing industry? If folks listen and read and enjoy, cool. If not, fine by that, too.
Going to keep SecondLie going?
As long as I have material for him. It doesn't take much to get me back on a roll, but the day-to-day observations are starting to get repetitive and predictable.
